Communicating During COVID-19
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations have had to dramatically adjust how they serve their constituents, or rethink their model and delivery system. We have worked with a number of organizations to respond swiftly, using an array of communications to help build new platforms and launch new services, adjusting to new realities.
Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts
COVID-19 Response Fund for the Pioneer Valley
Helped to launch the fund through press outreach and the engagement of media partners.
Behavioral Health Network
The pandemic resulted in BHN discontinuing in-person therapy sessions, converting all therapy over a secure internet connection or the phone. We developed a new brand promoting the service, BHNTeleCare, revising website, print ads and producing an explainer video.

Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts
413Cares Online Resource & Blink Your Light Campaign
Helped to establish a new, first-of-its-kind, online resource portal, 413Cares, through establishing the brand, developing outreach materials for partner organizations and executing community, political and media outreach. Also helped the organization launch BLINK YOUR LIGHT campaign, showing collective gratitude to the region's healthcare workers, with creation of brand and press outreach.
The Loomis Communities
Developed a new TV campaign acknowledging the importance of community and staying safe during the pandemic.
413families Texting Program
We manage the community texting program, and have developed targeted content to help our nearly 4,000 participating families as they find themselves home schooling their children.
