Challenge

Launch a state-sponsored foreclosure prevention program at the regional level by blending communications and building upon the national HOPE Hotline anti-foreclosure effort while avoiding marketing confusion.

Result

Created and launched an identity/brand for the initiative that dovetailed with the HOPE initiative—There’s Hope Western Mass—including the development and launch of the website www.TheresHopeWM.org in positioning the Western Mass Foreclosure Prevention Center.
