The Willie Ross School for the Deaf
The school needed to increase its presence among referral sources and parents to assure its programs and model for educating the deaf are sustained. The school had a first-generation website, no core message and dated marketing materials.
We analyzed the school’s entire communications program. Working through a strategic process with senior staff we developed a new core message, instituted a consistent public relations presence, developed new print marketing materials, completely redesigned the website and launched a “President’s Blog.”
