This growing and highly regarded community bank met stiff opposition in Westfield, Massachusetts when it planned to raze an antique homestead to construct a new branch bank.d

Working in partnership with the bank’s leadership and the community, PRA developed a strategy to preserve a historic home by incorporating it into the design of the new branch facility. Easthampton Savings Bank’s new branch opened with local deposits exceeding budget expectations.
